This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information. When you authenticate with the Service via Manus OAuth, we receive and store your name, email address, and a unique user identifier provided by the Manus authentication platform. We do not store your password.

2.2 Content You Create. We store the scripts, ideas, calendar entries, channel configurations, upload packages, series data, and other content you generate or save within the Service. This data is stored in our database and associated with your account.

2.3 API Keys and Credentials. If you provide third-party API keys (such as OpenRouter, DataForSEO, or PiAPI keys), these are stored in encrypted form in our database and are used solely to fulfill your requests within the Service. We do not share your API keys with any party other than the respective third-party API provider when making requests on your behalf.

2.4 Usage Analytics. We collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the Service. This data is collected via our analytics platform and does not include personally identifiable information beyond what is described in this policy.

2.5 Authentication Cookies. We use HTTP-only session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. These cookies are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled while using the Service. They expire when your session ends or after a defined inactivity period.

2.6 Lead Data. If you use the quote capture and lead management features, we store the lead information submitted through your quote page (name, phone number, ZIP code, insurance need, and UTM tracking parameters). This data is associated with your account and is used to power your lead management dashboard.
